Data methodology

What Cero observes, calculates and leaves unknown.

Cero organizes public advertising records and YouTube metrics. Every public output must distinguish source observations, deterministic calculations, interpretive signals and AI-assisted judgments.

관측

Observed

Fields read from public source pages or public YouTube data, kept with a source name and collection timestamp.

  • Advertiser and creative identifiers
  • ATC first and last display dates
  • Public YouTube video ID and view count
계산

Calculated

Deterministic transformations of observed fields. The formula and denominator must be reproducible.

  • Deduplication by canonical YouTube video ID
  • Display-period duration from ATC dates
  • Counts and aggregates over a complete snapshot
추정

Inferred

Signals that can support research but cannot establish spend, performance or current campaign status.

  • A 21-day display period is a long-running signal only
  • Absence is unknown when collection is partial
  • Public views include paid and organic uncertainty
AI 판단

AI-assisted

Creative observations generated from a versioned prompt and rubric. They require verification against the original video.

  • Hook, retention and CTA rubric judgments
  • Scene descriptions and timestamps
  • Suggestions, not audited business outcomes

Cero does not know these values from public sources

  • Exact advertising spend or cost per view
  • Conversions, revenue, ROAS or profit
  • Whether a campaign is live at this moment
  • Targeting, bidding or attribution settings
  • Why an advertiser kept or stopped a creative
  • A causal relationship between duration and performance
